Everything HushSMS holds, which is a country, a term and a payment confirmation. We comply with valid legal process from our jurisdiction, Estonia — refusing would be a promise we could not keep, and a provider that promises it is either lying or has not been asked yet. The protection here is architectural rather than adversarial: we cannot produce identity records because none were ever created.

The longer version

Most privacy claims in this industry amount to statements about intent, and intent collapses under a subpoena, a new owner or a bad quarter. A schema with no identity column is a different type of claim: it limits what any future version of the company can do under pressure. Be clear about what compulsion reaches: the number itself is public, and we are the range holder, so nobody should read this as the number being untraceable. The trail ends at a country, a term and a transaction, and the next step was never captured to hand over.
