    Feature

    Published per-service success rates

    • Every service in the verification directory now carries a measured 90-day success rate, refreshed weekly.
    • Services that cannot work on a virtual range — PayPal, Revolut, Wise — are now listed explicitly as unsupported and blocked at checkout.
    • Added the never-recycled pool as a selectable option rather than a support request.

    Nine new countries

    • Added Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Uruguay, Panama and Costa Rica.
    • Rebuilt the Brazilian route after the carrier consolidation in March. Delivery is back above 99%.

    Checkout without an email address

    • You can now complete an order without providing any email at all — a one-time access token is issued instead.
    • Invoice lifetime extended from 60 to 90 minutes after Bitcoin fee spikes stranded a handful of orders in February.
    • Underpaid coverage raised to 2.5% to absorb wallets that deduct fees from the send amount.

    Postmortem: the January delivery incident

    • A misapplied route change dropped inbound SMS on 4 of 63 countries for 47 minutes on 12 January.
    • All affected orders were refunded automatically without anyone having to ask.
    • Route changes now require a second operator to approve and roll out per-country rather than globally.

    Feature

    REST API and webhooks on every line

    • The API moved from a paid add-on to standard on every line at every term.
    • Inbound messages now POST to your endpoint signed with HMAC-SHA256.
    • Published the machine-readable catalog endpoint for automated clients.

    Panel rebuild

    • Rebuilt the panel as a static application. First contentful paint dropped from 2.4s to under 400ms.
    • Removed the last third-party script on the site. There is now no analytics, no tag manager and no CDN beacon anywhere.
    • Default message retention cut from 7 days to 24 hours.

    Monero settlement

    • Added Monero as a settlement asset. It is now the most-used payment method on the site.
    • Added Lightning for Bitcoin payments under $25.

    Removed the setup fee

    • Dropped the $8 provisioning fee entirely. It covered a manual step we had automated eighteen months earlier.
    • Introduced the published pricing formula in place of opaque per-country rates.
