Pick on two axes, and they do not point the same way. For settlement speed and fee, Lightning, Solana and Tron are all effectively free and confirm in seconds; on-chain Bitcoin is neither at busy times. For privacy, only Monero hides amounts and addresses at the protocol level, and the rest are permanent public ledgers whether or not anything currently links an address to you. Stablecoins add an issuer who can freeze balances at the contract level — academic for a phone line, worth knowing as a general habit. There is no asset that is best on all three counts, which is why the list is long rather than curated.
