The basics
Do you support voice calls, or only SMS?
Answer
Voice is included on every HushSMS line in all 68 countries, not sold as an upgrade. Inbound calls ring through to the panel or forward to any number or SIP endpoint you own, at no extra charge. That matters for verification as well as for talking to people: services that fall back to a voice-read code when SMS fails — WhatsApp among them — still complete.
The longer version
Voice is the capability that separates a rented line from a code marketplace, and it is why the two are not really substitutes. A number you hold for ninety seconds cannot take a callback from a courier, a buyer or a support desk. Forwarding is the feature most people end up using daily: calls land on the phone already in your pocket without that phone's number ever reaching the caller. Voicemail transcription is a paid add-on, included free from the six-month term, because transcription costs real money per minute and pretending otherwise just moves it into the base price.
