What if a service blocks my number?

Tell HushSMS within 24 hours and you get your money back, or a replacement line in a different country — whichever you prefer. We would rather refund a $5.90 order than argue about it. The exception is services already published as unsupported, which are flagged before you buy precisely so this does not happen.
The longer version
A blocked number is usually a range-level decision rather than anything about your specific line, so the fix that actually works is a different country rather than a different number in the same one. Rotating to a new number is free twice per term for that reason. The economics behind the policy are not complicated: a dispute costs more in fees and time than the order is worth, and a customer who got refunded without an argument comes back. What we cannot fix is a service that never accepted virtual ranges in the first place, which is why that list is published rather than discovered.
