Can I cancel any time?

Answer

Yes — there is nothing to cancel. HushSMS terms do not auto-renew and there is no subscription running in the background, so when a term ends the line simply stops unless you choose to renew it. Nothing is stored to bill against, which means nothing can charge you unexpectedly.

The longer version

The absence of stored billing details is not a customer-service policy, it is a consequence of taking crypto: a payment cannot be pulled, only pushed. Every recurring charge you have ever had to hunt through a settings page to kill required a merchant holding an instrument they could re-use, and no such instrument exists here. The flip side is real and cuts the other way. Nothing renews on your behalf either, so a line holding a WhatsApp or Telegram account needs a deliberate renewal before the end date, or it lapses along with everything verified against it.
